Since becoming San Francisco’s starting quarterback, Purdy has guided the team to a 17-4 record during the regular season and a 4-1 mark in the playoffs, with the loss coming against Philadelphia in last year’s NFC Championship Game in which he suffered a torn elbow ligament.
